Care
All of our jewelry is made with the finest quality materials
and each piece is meant to remain beautiful throughout the
years, as well as to withstand normal child’s play.
As with your child’s fine clothing, the better you take
care of the jewelry, the better it will look over time. Some
tips to keep your jewelry beautiful:
- Never wear sterling silver jewelry in the pool or hot
tub. Depending on the amount and type of chemicals in the
water, exposure to pool water can tarnish or damage sterling
silver, and may weaken the stainless steel wire with which
the jewelry is strung.
- To clean, use a small amount of mild detergent (like
dish soap) and warm water.
- To remove severe tarnish, use dry sterling silver polishing
cloths to gently wipe the sterling beads. NEVER drop bracelet
in liquid sterling silver cleaner, especially if the jewelry
contains pearls. Pearls can be permanently damaged by this
type of cleaner, and in our opinion, most liquid silver
cleaners are too harsh for most beads anyway.
- Store jewelry in an airtight environment when not wearing.
