What makes Chloe Emma jewelry so special?

We use only the best quality materials, and have been doing so for years now! Anyone can make this claim, but what some people do not realize is that even plastic or plated materials can look very pretty when they are brand new. And, even within certain “quality” materials there are varying levels of quality. For example freshwater pearls vary so much in quality…and we only use Grade A freshwater pearls. Using the best quality materials does means that our materials do in fact cost more, and you may notice that we are not the least expensive option for children’s jewelry in the market. But we feel strongly that we can only offer jewelry that reflects our commitment to quality. We take pride in the fact that our jewelry stands the test of time. Our jewelry truly is “keepsake” quality. We are constantly coming up with new designs sure to please princesses everywhere (and their moms!). What size should I buy?

Our bracelet sizing is as follows:

Newborn~6 months 4”
5~15 months 4.5”
1~3 years 5”
2~5 years 5.5”
6~10 years 6”
Adult Small/Medium 7~7.5”
Adult Medium/Large 7.5~8”


The majority of our jewelry is designed using a size extender. Bracelets extend approx. ½”, or up to the next size, and necklaces extend 1”. Most children can wear the same piece for at least a year, and many times even longer.

Necklaces are approx. 13~14” which fits ages 3 years to teens. Necklaces are not intended for children under 3 years.

Just as with clothing, the size your child needs may or may not coincide with her age. One way to be sure is to measure the wrist. Simply add ¼”- ½” to the actual wrist size.

What is the “One Size” option?

We are excited to offer a “one size” option on our bracelets. If you order a “one size” bracelet, you will receive a bracelet that begins at 4 ¾” (fits 9-12 mos) and extends up to 6” (fits 6-8 years).

How long will it take to receive my jewelry?

Products ship within 5 business days. This DOES include special orders! We do everything we can to get your package out to you as soon as possible, and it is not uncommon for your order to go out the day after you place it. During especially busy times, such as the holidays, we plan ahead in order to continue to offer our customers the same timely service that they enjoy at all times of the year. At this time, we do not offer a special RUSH service, but if you need your order ASAP, please note this in the special instructions area at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We are also adding an overnight delivery option to our shipping options at checkout should you need it.

Do you offer secure online ordering?

Yes! You will see a lock icon at the bottom of your screen when you enter your personal information. This is an indication that you are in a secure area of our website.

How much is shipping and what shipping method do you use?

Shipping is a flat $5 no matter how much you order. At this time we ship USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation.

How will my jewelry be packaged?
Each piece comes beautifully displayed on a Chloe Emma or Baby Lulu jewelry card. Perfect for gift-giving, they look just darling in her Baby Book or Scrapbook. The only exceptions to this are the mother/daughter sets and the special order (name) bracelets. They are packaged in a beautiful organza drawstring bag which is placed inside a signature Chloe Emma jewelry box.

Will you share my personal information with other companies?

Absolutely NOT.

How often do you come out with new products?

Our Chloe Emma line will usually be updated monthly, so be sure to check back often!
Baby Lulu products ship at the same time as the Baby Lulu clothing.

Where are your products produced?

Right here in the USA! As a company we are committed to supporting women; therefore the majority of those working for us are women.

How can I find a retail store near me?

I would like to order one of your children’s products in an adult size. Is that possible, and how do I place the order?

We have recently added an option to our shopping cart so that you may choose an adult size on much of our jewelry.

What is your customer service like?

Our primary goal is for our customers to be thrilled with their jewelry purchase. We are proud of our reputation as a company and we treasure our customers. Therefore, in the rare event that you experience a problem with your jewelry purchase, you can rest assured that we will take care of you as if you were a close friend, and not some obscure “order reference number”. No amount of strict company policies will work for every situation, so we just don’t have any. And we hope to keep it that way!
